A2BDAYz is a USA-based multi-brand business operating print-on-demand stores, digital product offerings, mobile and web applications, and affiliate programs. All brands operate under the parent entity Allergic to Boring Dayz.

2. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
  • Will provide accurate information when making purchases or creating accounts
  • Will not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Will not attempt to copy, scrape, or resell our designs without explicit written permission
  • Will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any of our applications

3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Stores

Our POD stores sell custom-designed products printed and fulfilled by third-party manufacturers. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Products are made-to-order and may not be returned except in cases of defect or fulfillment error
  • Colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and print processes
  • Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed
  • Refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will replace or refund at no cost — please email support@a2bdayz.com with your order number and a photo

4. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products (ebooks, guides, templates, downloads) are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. You acknowledge:

  • All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the product
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products without written permission
  • Downloads are made available for a reasonable period after purchase; we recommend saving copies immediately

5. Apps and SaaS Products

For web and mobile applications operated under the A2BDAYz umbrella:

  • App access is provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as specified at checkout
  • We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or discontinue apps with reasonable notice
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

6. Affiliate Links and Partnerships

Some pages on our websites may contain affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. We only promote products and services we believe in. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
